Levi Rash

National Vice-President of Membership

As a senior at South Shelby High School in Shelbina, Missouri, Levi has spent the past four years of his high school career engulfed in all the activities and projects that FCCLA has to offer. After seeing that FCCLA was “kind of a big deal” at his school, Levi decided to join. He would have never guessed all of the endless opportunities the organization would provide as well as where it would lead him today.
As the oldest member of the 2007-2008 National Executive Council, Levi likes to keep things fresh and liven up the scene wherever that may be. He has held offices on the chapter level as secretary and first vice-president as well as the regional and state level as National Network Member. Now, he is proud to add the national level of leadership to his list as “the man in charge of membership.” Being the National Vice-President of Membership is perfect for Levi as he is always meeting new people and seeing new faces.
While he is highly involved with FCCLA, Levi is also very active in numerous other activities at his high school. He is a member of the National Honor Society and is the President of his Student Council. Levi also participates in basketball and track as well as being a part of Junior Booster Club, Environmental Club, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Being active in his community is very important to Levi. He helps out with various community projects and enjoys doing theatre anytime he can. Levi serves as the high school representative on the Shelbina Arts Council and also performs in school productions. One very special thing Levi did for the first time last year was give blood. He went along to the Blood Drive with some friends and plans on donating again soon.
To pass the time, Levi enjoys watching television, being with family, and going to movies with friends. Levi never passes up the chance to see his niece, Claire, and always jumps on the opportunity of spending time with family.
After graduation, Levi plans on attending the University of Missouri to become an Occupational Therapist. The love for FCCLA will never die, and Levi is excited about the coming year as he hopes to spark a passion for FCCLA in everyone he meets.
